Payment options live?

    I see there are now options for different payment methods with Big Point.

    I have tried twice but the money has not been taken and the Season Pass not credited.

    Are these not live at the moment?

    I hope they will be working before this season ends!

    Are you using Unity or the Downloadable client to access the Bank? Can you try a different one to the one you are currently using to see if payment can be made successfully.

    Using the Downloadable Client

    I've tried in WebGL and the Download clients both with PayPal and Credit Card.

    I even get the authorisation code from my bank to say the credit card wants to make a payment.

    The screen just goes empty.
    No charge is made and no Season Pass can be bought.

    I am on PC using Microsoft Edge.

    Finally refreshed and was able to make payment through PayPal.

    I am grateful that this has been resolved before the season end.
