Payment Options

Hello Support,
I have problems with my payment options. There are only 3, and they all are gift cards or a pay safe card. These are not acceptable options for me. I use to be able to pay with my credit card or Pay Pal.
I have submitted a thread on the forum under General Issues. The link is below.

I would sure appreciate your attention to this matter. I missed being able to buy the harvester subscription, and my premium player renewal is coming up next month.
If unable to use my credit card or Pay Pal, I am afraid my game time will possibly come to an end. Please read my thread and communication with the mods. They could not help me at all.

You need to contact Support to see if they can get to the bottom of your missing payment options as we cannot check this on the Forum.

I have gone to the support page. Why does BP need all my financial information, again, to fix their page?
This is exactly why I have stayed away from the forum for years. Why bother, no one can help you here.
Now I will also miss the BB sale............think it is time to move on after 5 years.

 

Support will need all the necessary information to get to the bottom of the problem.
They cannot help if the info is not provided We cannot deal with payment issues on the Forum as your financial details are confidential and I am sure you would not like for them to be posted all over the Forum
