    Hello, there has been a problem with my payment a few months ago. I submitted a payment support enquiry using the in-game feature but did not get a reply. I submitted a support enquiry but they said they were not able to help. I tried other avenues but was unsuccessful. My credit card company raised a ticket but did not received a response. Can you please provide alternate contact details for Payment Support? Thank you.

    As the problem happened only a short time ago, you need to give Support a little bit of time to get back to you. As the Game team are situated in Hamburg, their times may not be the same as in your location.

    We cannot assist with payment issues on the Forum, so you will need to wait for further news from Payment Support.
