    I keep getting an error message when I use paypal. I really want to make a purchase.

    I don't know if I can post here, but I had the same problem. Tech told me to check with paypal, but the problem is not with pay pal, it's between paypal and big point.
    I too miss a time frame for a purchase I wanted to do. Saved money, but got frustrated.

    Do you log in through BigPoint or through a 3rd Party? You didn't mention what the error message was.

    It says opps an error has occured. I guess i log thru bigpoint. I go to the bank to make my purchases.

    It sounds like a time out error. Have you tried turning off your Modem for 10 seconds, then turning it back on? Are you able to use any other payment method instead?

    I just turned off and restarted my laptop with no success. I only use paypal because bigpoint doesn't takw discover. I was able to use paypal thru the shop but not thru the bank. I purchased 300 bb that way but would like to buy more thru bank.

    Am glad you were successful using the shop. Have you tried clicking on the BB tab on the left of the Game frame to bring up the shop? Does that work for you?

    I buy with a prepaid card and was going to buy at the bank because you can select the amount of bb you want to purchase. Thank you for your suggestions but I'm done trying. You may close this thread.
