    Just now, during my climb at the Winter Lollapalooza event, I saw the magical vine at the summit. I donated some of the requested candy lily canes and received one or two boxes. But I can't see the summit again. I can't climb up there. Thank you.

    Yes... I refreshed the browser and deleted all the error cookies. My problem is still the same.

    I had the same problem on my own farm. You can either log out and back in again to see the boxes, or try the Standalone client.

    I can forward the issue to the Game team.

    I tried again as you suggested, and even tried a different browser, but I couldn't solve the problem.

    Do you have any other suggestions?

    Which browsers did you try? Did you try the Standalone client (download)?

    I have cleared your server cache to see if that helps.

    On my own farm, I was still able to scroll over the boxes and see the requirements even though I couldn't see the actual box. Once I delivered to the event, the box became visible. However, the boxes are invisible most of the day.

    The issue has been passed to the Game team.

    The browsers I use are: Google, Opera, and Farmeraman's own browser. The caches of all three browsers have been cleared.
    The problem seems to be in the second part of the event, specifically during the delivery of the sugar lily canes.

    I would also like to add that we are from different countries, different cultures, and we communicate differently. Therefore, we sometimes have difficulties in communication. I apologize for the inconvenience.
