Pet Eggs missing

I purchased both the Toucan Bungalow and the Albino Bat Cave pets but neither one shows up in my decorations so that I can place the egg on the appropriate field to hatch. I have attempted resetting the cache and was hoping that it was a one time glitch. I have even attempted accessing it from another computer to see if the eggs would show but they haven't. Can you please help? It only seems to be the pets that don't show up after purchase.

Both Pets are in your inventory. The Base pets are called "Toucan Egg" and "Albino Vampire egg". Have you tried typing "toucan" or "albino" in the search box to see if they show?
The Toucan egg can only be placed in the Crystal Falls and the Albino Vampire egg can only be placed in the Park, Shipwreck Bay or Haunted Manor.

I can be on the appropriate field and type in whichever is need, toucan or albino, and the result returns a blank screen, no egg base is showing. That is why I cleared my cache as I have been told it is in my inventory but I'm not able to see it. I'm not able to see them after clearing the cache nor can I see them on the other computer. This didn't happen with previous eggs that I purchased. But after the issue with the toucan, the albino was the only other one that I purchased because I was afraid that it would happen again and it did. There seems to be a disconnect between what I'm seeing and what is showing listed in inventory. I only play the one farm so that isn't an issue either.

 

Can you try sorting your deco items to the "A-Z" category to see if you can find the items easier. I have been able to scroll through your deco items to find the eggs.

I am still not able to find the eggs regardless of which option I choose in the search field.

 

Can you find the deco items without using the search feature? Can you scroll through your inventory and see the eggs? Have you tried using a different browser to see if that solves the display issue?

I finally figured it out. I thought I had checked the inventory box but apparently, I was only using the harvester to try and place it. I knew that the harvester wouldn't harvest it but I thought I had previously placed eggs using the harvester. You can close the thread. Thanks for the help.
