Pet harvester and playground issue

    Hello,

    I do have the same problem with the new "Pet & Buff Givers" Tab to harvest my pets.
    It doesn't harvest the owl tree unless I am on the playground.
    My other pets not ready to harvest again so I have no idea if it is only the owl tree or all of them.

    Also I do have the four music boxes and weirdly I can put the Cloud House/pinkie pie on the playground but not the other 3 (ballerina music box, unicorn music box and carousel music box).

    Hello katinka5252 :)

    We have let the Game Team know that some players are having trouble harvesting pets that are not on the Playground.

    Rainbow Dash is considered a pet and can be placed on the Playground, while The Music Box Collection are considered givers.

    May I assist you further?

    Thank you very much Framers.Almanac,

    Sorry, maybe I was not clear. All my pets are on the Playground but the pet harvester do not work from the other fields.
    I have to go to the Playground then it will harvest and this apply to every pets not only the owl tree.

    Also thank you for the explanation regarding the Rainbow Dash.

    On behalf of Farmers.Almanac, you are welcome.

    The Pet Harvester will only harvest the Pets on the field you are on, so you have to visit each area that has pets on it, then harvest them with the Pet Harvester tab.
