Pick a Tree confusion

In pick a tree spree I pick the trees etc, but when done the purchase button does not light up in order for me to complete.
I have chosen each category as instructed.
What am I doing wrong?

Hello mangovillefarms,

Do you have all 8 baskets in the right side filled with the selected trees? Could you try removing one and then selecting it again?

If the issue persists, could you please post a screenshot of the button still being disabled after selecting all the trees?

Yes I have done this several times.
Unfortunately I am not computer savvy, so not sure on how to take a screenshot.

Oh no, I am really sorry. Could you please try to see if you can follow these steps for taking the screenshot? If not, please let us know and we'll do our best to find another way to help you with this.​

The easiest way to take a screenshot is using the Print Screen (Prt sc) button on your keyboard. Press this button, then open Paint (it's a default application/software provided by Windows, which allows you to edit, create images, draw, etc) . Once Paint is loaded, press the CTRL and V keys on your keyboard at the same time - this will paste the screenshot taken into the new file. Then, go to File in the top menu, and choose the option Save as ... then enter a name for the file and click save.

You can then access a free image hosting website to upload the image by selecting it from the location you have saved it, such ashttp://imgur.com/ .

Another even easier way is to use the above website and after clicking on the Print Screen key, just press CTRL and V at the same time while having this website open, and you will see a smaller window showing up, giving you the option to 'Start Upload'. Click on this button and you will be taken to the uploaded image, so you can just copy the URL and paste it on the Forum.

Sorry to but in here but I have exactly the same problem. I will try and take a screen shot later, no time at the moment. Hopefully it can be sorted !

Do not double post, edit your previous post if no one has posted after you. I have merged your posts this time.

You can see in your screenshot you have only chosen 7 seven. The mechanism will work when you have filled the 8 pots. You're missing a common tree.

If you have further difficulties could you begin your own thread.
