Pick-A-Tree not showing the rewarded tree

I just did a Pick-a-tree spree for an MM tree but the pop-up of the result did not show what tree was rewarded (no graphic/icon of the tree)- I have no idea what I "won". I am on a PC so not sure why it did not show.

It seems there must have been a glitch as the purchase did not take. No BB's were deducted. You can try again to see if it works and update us if you were successful.

My purchase did not show any tree either. It does not appear to be fully functional.

Yep- still not working.... it goes through the process, pops up stating you received the following and there is nothing there. Also, confirmed the BB was not deducted.

 

When you are on the Game Layer, make sure that you are setting the tab to 1, 2 or 3 purchases:

I tried again, with the same set up of trees from the previous set up. The setting was at 1 like it has been in the past for one tree... So I clicked the plus sign to put the number to 2 then the minus sign to put the number back to 1 and it worked.

That is not a very good solution when the "tab" is already set to 1 so there should be no need to touch that.

 

The Game Team has now updated the mini-event so the number starts at 1, so it no longer has 0 when clicking the purchase tab which was causing the blank windows and zero purchase.

You can close this thread but please let the team know that the 1 was showing and yet the purchase did not work. It worked only when I actually clicked the + button to move it to 2 and back to 1 did the purchase go through.
