piece of cake stalk not opening to load items

HI
this is the 1st time that I have 'won' a stalk row, and am trying to load the items -clown, banner,etc- but the stalk row won't open...help, please...thanks

You have the cloud row and all the items needed. Are you trying to add them to the correct row? If you click the "All Rows" tab (one with stalk picture) on the left, your Birthday Event Row should be at the very top.

My row is also not opening to load items: I tried all day yesterday while the event was active...49966266...thanks

I see the stalk row...the little tab on the top is green, but it still does not open to add items...yes I still need assistance...thanks

 

Not a mod, and I don't know if you already tried this. If you have, sorry - just ignore the rest of this post. To put your items on the cloud, click on the greyed out picture of the item first. When the colored item pops up in your inventory, click on it and it will go to the cloud. Do this for all three items, then click on the circle (with the birthday cake in it) to the left to harvest the cloud row. Good luck and happy farming!
