    I have not opened the piece of cake row tile, but the clow row is already on my stalk.

    I am afraid to use my meringues to open the tile. I now I cannot get 2 rows and don't want an error.

    Hello woody,

    The row shows even if you have not yet purchased it, similar with previous events. You will not be able to place the deco items until you have opened the row tile.

    No, thank you... then I will go ahead an open the tile. I was afraid to try.

    As soon as you open the tile, you will be able to place the deco items.
