    If I have put the pigeon nest on my main farm will I lose it if I move it to shipwreck bay?

    No, if you are talking about the Pigeon Pet that gives 1 Super Grow you can move it freely....same cycle as always....delete...it returns to inventory...retrieve from inventory and place it where you like or need it....Only thing to keep in mind...if it didn't hatch yet, then by deleting you reset the timer and you'll have to wait 168hrs for the next hatch....
    And this works for all the other pets, too...
