    Hello,

I'm a level 94 player and I tried to use one Pinky Pie to extend the use of my Carrot-Apple Chutney but the box to do so was gray, so i could not use it. Why? I've always used Pinky Pies to extend this in the past.

    Hello LisaABrowning,

Did you already have a CAC extended with a Pinky Pie? Or was this the only CAC you used?

    Can I assist you further?

No, I didn't. There were no other bonuses in use at the time.

Is this a technical glitch? I cannot fathom any circumstance in which I am not permitted to extend the use of the Carrot-Apple Chutney with a Pinky Pie - a normal practice.

    Hello LisaABrowning,

This is not a glitch, it is the intended behaviour. You have used a new CAC before the one already extended by Pinkie Pie pie ran out completely:
    04.05.2015, 01:29:51 CEST use CarrotAppleChutney -1
    03.05.2015, 07:30:29 CEST use CarrotAppleChutney -1

    PPP:
    03.05.2015, 07:30:38 CEST use PinkyPiePie-1

Therefore, when you ate the CAC 18 hours later, you still had a few hours running (since it was PPP extended). Since the buff was seen as boosted by pinkie pie pie, another one could not be used. It's best to leave the buffs run out completely before reactivating them, if you wish to extend them by the pie.

Is there anything else we could assist you with?
    Best regards,
    teddy.bear
