Pirate Cove

Hello,
I keep buying different trees and other things in pirate cove eg Nordmann Fir, White Fir, Red Fir, Blue Spruce, Black Spruce etc etc. So far I have worked out the trees don't actually produce fruit but I am wondering what they are used for in Farmerama. Are we meant to complete the collection? Is there somewhere we are suppose to put them or somewhere to donate them?
Some of the things can be purchased with barnyard bills eg red, pink, white, yellow flowerbed etc but some are for sale with country coins eg bench, woodpile and axe etc. Some days you can buy country coins with Barnyard bills.
What is the benefit of buying the things like eg pink poodle for Barnyard Bills versus, for example, golf course with country coins? Where do trees like fir tree come into play in the game. Thank you.

Some items like the Firs are purely decorative and do not reward EP or CC. They are used to decorate your Farm only. Some deco items if they reward EP or CC can be used to place on the cloudrows. It is up to a player to decide what is worth purchasing.
