Pixel grow booster didn't

    This morning I activated 1 pixel grow booster, and when it didn't work I tried a 2nd time. Neither have worked.

    Hello FLOWER59 :)

    Any time reducing buff, whether it is for trees, stables, workshops, etc, must be activated before you harvest.

    You harvested your Pixel trees at 18:26 and activated the Pixel Grow Booster at 18:29. That is why they did not reduce the time for your trees.
