Place item in wrong cloud row

    Oh geeze! I placed a wrong item, in the wrong cloud row, collected on it, and now it's locked! Is there any way to unlock it so I can move it to the right row? I've tried looking in the forum, but can't find anything.
    I placed, " Holiday Snaps", in row #8 - " There and Back Again Magic Stalk 1",
    when it should have been in row # 9, " Wish You Were Here Magic Stalk Row"
    Thank you for any help!

    Hello MommaRose333.

    It cannot be unlocked. You will need to wait until the Cloud Row is ready at 02:27 22/7/2017 CET. Click on the decoration, click on the hammer and remove the item from the cloud.
