Plant refinery locked

    Hi Mod,
    today I login game and find my Plant Refinery locked.
    I had clear my coache & cookie, But still find my refunery all place
    had locked included the 5th place that I had pay BB to unlocked.
    So, pls check if this is a system bug or something else.
    MY ID is 7061695 neddy38

    Thanks for reply.
    My neighbor tell me that her refinery had same problem.
    So, this is system issue, Hope the game team slove soon.
    You know it is very important for those need the refinery.

    As nothing can do right now, just wait!
