Planting, trees, and other stuff

Hi,
The game has had some snags, but I realize it`s a work in progress but I have a few things that need to be fixed thus I packed them all in one message:
Crops that are ready show nothing at all on the field or partially showing, once you move your cursor over it you can tell it`s ready.
Soursop Trees, I have six on one of my fields and I have 6 XXL and for the life of me I cannot place them on the base trees, it won`t go, showing just the base after I`ve placed (or tried to) and the inventory still reads 6
Open Garage: any attempt to plant is futile, the crop boxes are completely grey, I`ve looked around the threads and can`t find an answer
I have this `ready`sign stuck in the middle of my field on all fields, I clear every cache and start fresh...there it is.
Thats all I can find for now.
Let me know if theres anything I`m doing to stop this from working right.

Hello saturnia22,

The issues with the grow time and display of crops should now be fixed. You can try restarting the Game to see if that helps.
The "ready" sign in the middle of the fields is a known issue. Refreshing the Farm usually removes this, but will return when farm is left idle.
Have you tried placing one upgrade at a time manually on the base trees to see if that works? There can be a issue when holding ctrl to place multiple items. You can also try refreshing the Game before trying to place the upgrades as sometimes the game can "stick" when you have preformed multiple actions.

If these tips do not help, please provide more information about what system you play on and what platform you use to play the Game.

Yes I tried to use the side button and the harvester box both failed, I don't know why its behaving like that. But like you said clear everything and try it again.

 

Please post your user ID# so I can see if I am able to place an upgrade on the tree for you.

I have placed 1 x XXL Soursop tree on your field. The problem was that one of the Upgrades may have been purchased from Renzo's which comes included with the base. One XXL Tree could be placed without the base. I then deleted the tree from the field so that the upgrade + base were then seperated.
You should now be able to place your remaining upgrades.
