Please change how Harvey Cottontail gifts are reported

I used to keep 1 of each of the "special friends" going all the time....until BP changed how their gifts were reported. I could never find where or what gift they had given me...so I do not purchase them anymore.
Now with it as a reward for the Nublon event, this problem has become a nightmare for players & mods alike.
They used to be listed with our neighbors gifts accessed from the news page. Why aren't they kept there? That way...at anytime they can be checked by the player.
I have to refresh often...which empties out the gift log at the bottom of the screen. This is why so many farmers are writing in asking what Harvey Cottontail gave them.
Please BP...put the "special friends" gifts back into the neighbor gift list!!

 

I agree Brooke. I won one on another farm and have not a clue what I am getting. It would be logical to list the prizes with the gifts from our friends and neighbours, after all he does sit with them on the side bar.

 

I agree, I've won them on all of my farms and despite having turned on the annoying gift pop ups I don't know half of what I've gotten.

 

I dislike having the pop ups but turned them on as soon as I saw Harvey. Now I have to deal with them for 2 weeks or not know what I got. I agree....please put them in the gift log.

I also wanted to point out that perhaps farmers would buy the special friends after winning them(like a free trial) if they were easier to locate what they had won(been gifted by Harvey). I used to win absolutely fabulous gifts from the special friends!!!
p.s. I check my neighbor/friend gift log(from the news page) every time I log in.

 

I'm in complete agreement. Even if the history log at the bottom of the screen was functioning as normal it would still be a better idea to have the gifts listed in the daily gift log. Unless that gift log is somehow linked to the number of allowed daily gifts I don't see why this is not already the standard practice.

I've turned my gift log on since winning a Harvey and I also find it an annoyance. Why don't the super friends generate their own pop up? With the gift log turned off we still get pop ups when someone purchases a large pack of PF or SG that generates gifts to all neighbors, why don't the super friends work the same way?

 

I agree. Further, this is a small technical change that would not in any way impact markets, etc. It would, as c. indicates, likely encourage purchases.

I know the dev team is very busy, but please consider this.

 

I agree too. I have also had to turn my popups back on to find out what I get, but I see so many others have not and agree that for the mods Harvey has been a nightmare!

Yes, me and Chevrefeuille are in agreement - I forget to look at the log and then, when I do, it's empty! Please change how these gifts are shown, it would be easier all round.

Count me in too!! Some are showing up, some are not. It would be much better to view them from the news page.
