    My greenhouse will not let me search my eggs. I paid to search instantly because of RL issues. I have to log out, then it wants more money. It has been doing this for 2 days. Please check.

    Hello blessedlady2 :)

    I see from your logs that you have been using different size pots to search. When you pay BB instantly on a small, your search is done and you either get a refinement or a compensation award. Please keep in mind that when you use both medium and large pots, you get multiple searches if a refinement is not found on the first search and each search takes time which can be shortened either with super grow or you can skip waiting instantly with BB.

    I see from your logs that you have used both SG and BB to make your searches faster and you have been credited with either a refinement or a compensation award for the process.

    Is the additional money the 2nd and 3rd searches of medium and large pots?

    Please check it now. IT is hung up again and will not let me search pots.

    OK, I have tried to be cool about this but I am paying real money and not getting what I am being charged for. If I have to wait several hours than I am entitled to a refund. If you check my acct. you will see I am not new to the refinement game and am aware how it is supposed to work. I don't like to complain but HOUSTON there is a problem.

    Fields are ready to replant. I can't search eggs for refinement and am getting no answers here for a quest that was already difficult.

    I am sorry, but it seems my reply did not post o_O

    For the 1st search of the Medium refinement selected, I was able to click the "search pots" successfully for you. You were rewarded with 3 Golden Bananas. The 2nd phase of the search is now running. I can see there is time running after Super-grow and Insta-finish has been used.
    I have finished the 2nd waiting period, are you able to click the "search pots" tab?
    Can you also try clearing your browser cache and cookies and especially clearing the Flash cache to see if that helps with the problem before beginning your next search. I have also cleared your server cache.
