Please help w/ G&T screen!

I have been trying to send G&T items - but I keep getting a blank pop-up choice screen, and there are no choices displayed....with the only exception being Baha rare animals
I have cleared cache, refreshed, logged out & in, etc. Nothing has worked.
Would you mind clearing the Server cache to see if that helps, please??
Anything else would also be helpful.

Edit: I now have trees and givers, and the rare Baha animals...but none of the regular animals/upgrades/workshops/upgrades.

Edit: What is going on with G&T?? At the moment, I have been able to get animals on screen, and actually send them! (I hope they are getting through!!)
But - will it last??

Edit: Nope - gone again!! And Time is running o-u-t!!

 

I have cleared the server caches for both your farms. Hopefully the Game will run smoothly for you to finish your gifting.
