Good evening
At the beginning I wanna apologize you that I'm writing to EN support, not mine
(PL support) but I need your help...
Today, when I logged in to the game I wanna open next sock and next open special
presents but I saw that one of my socks is not openned (Although every single day
I log into game few times and I always open sock). I'm sure about this for a 100%.
I wrote to my PL support but they just told me that one of my sock is closed so I
can't open special present and I need to open this sock by the BB. That was all
what they said and the shut down ticket. I didn't have a chance to reply so I made
a new one but they said that everything was explained in my last ticket.
Then I go to forum to ask about the same as I wrote to support, in the meantime I
read some threads on forum and I saw that a lot of players has the same problem,
but our TL wrote the same sentence as I get from the support.

As announced here, A script has run to book Stocking 9 to users that were unable to open it during the downtime.
A script will be run later today to book back the BB's for players that used them to open the day 9 stocking. A script will also be run to open the day 9 Daily Login Bonus.

Is Stocking 9 the one that is not opened or a different day? If it is Stocking 9 (the prize is 350 CC x farm level), a script will open it. If it is any other day, then you may have overlooked opening it and will indeed need to use BB.

Every single day I opened one sock. Yesterday all socks (which I could) were opened, but when I logged today, sock number 7 was closed. It was very weird for me cause I check calendar few times in the day.
Unfortunately script won't help me with this situation. Could your team check my account? Cause I can't count on my polish team...they always think that players are guilty and we don't get help from them.

 

I am sorry, but as explained by your own Team and Support, it shows that Stocking 7 has not been opened. As explained, you will need to pay BB's to open the present if you want to collect the special gifts. It would be a good idea to take a screenshot each time you open a stocking to assist you with Support should the same problem occur.

I opened all socks, please believe me. A lot of players has the same problem, even they opened socks few days later their socks were closed.
It would be nice if our team could help us. We can make screenshots but they always told us that is fake and they don't accept it.
If everything should be okay with polish support I won't write here...but I'm looking any answer how could it happend (a lot of players, not only me).

The only error with the stockings occurred on day 9 when the game was down. A script has been run to fix that issue. Any other day that is showing as not opened is because you have missed it. As shooger.sweet suggested, a screenshot will help with Support should this happen again. Your account has been checked and shows that Stocking 7 was not opened on time. I am sorry this is upsetting news to you, but there is nothing else we can do.

As already stated, your account has been checked and you have missed Stocking 7. As this was not a day impacted when the game was down, there is nothing we can do. I know this is not the news you wish to hear but we have tried to kindly explain the situation. We cannot open a missed stocking.
