    I do have a touchscreen but I can't get that working either...

    You will need to check your settings on the device you are using to check that you have them enabled. Can you explain what device you are using and why you are unable to use a keyboard or mouse.

    As my internet on my normal computer is down, I am now forced to use my ASUS ZenPad. There is no input for a mouse, I think.

    As I am not familiar with this platform, I can only suggest you check it's settings to enable touch screen if it is turned off.
