Possible missing coins from mini game for current event

Hi, is there any way possible to check and see the coins and how many of which ones that were won from each round that i played. I am having and issue where after i shoot my last ball the curtain closes and then the screen locks up. It doesnt happen all the time but it happens more than not. i then have to refresh my screen which takes me to the farm view or to a field but i do not get to see how many and which coins i just won. I think it is shorting me the last ball i throw sometimes.

Hello Mar_Bear,

Have to tried clearing the browser and Flash caches to see if that helps with the Game? You can also try refreshing every couple of Games to help with Game lag.

Your last 4 Games have rewarded 24, 23, 22 and 24 points. All 10 balls were counted.

Thank you. Yes I have tried that and even tried a different computer with the same results. So it sounds like in 2 of the games 1 of the balls (the last one) was not counted as hitting the target. I am sad to hear that as I know there is nothing you can do about it. Could you pass it on as something for the techs to look into?? Thank you please close and thank you for your assistance.

 

I would like to confirm that:

From your logs, all 10 balls have been used successfully (they either hit a target or missed) so no balls were unused. The difference in points relates to the actual targets that have been hit, or may have been missed.
Hopefully the Game is running smoother now, but if you continue to have this problem, please post again so we can look into this further to make sure no balls are being lost.
