Postal Reindeers and Film Rolls

    I just got this message today and not sure what event it came from. It converts postal reindeers, film rolls and thermos flasks.

    Hello nlm24,

    Occassionally, not all items are picked up by the scripts that run to convert leftover items. Old items are eventually converted, but the Postal reindeers was from an event, a very long time ago :p We have forwarded this problem with the conversion of the thermal flasks, and we will update as soon as we have news:oops:

    Others are stating they are missing Thermal Flasks (in Technical Issues posts). Please check to see if mine is missing flasks also.

    The Dev's have run a script, so all the flasks and breeding reindeers should be back in your barn.

    The Postal Reindeer is back in inventory but I have a question regarding the thermal flasks.

    Others have stated that when they got this message they had all their flasks from the current event removed.

    I don't know how many I had so I don't know if this happened to me. The message shows 67 converted and I currently have 51 so if they were taken away then they have not been returned yet.

    Could you please check to see if the current event's thermal flasks were converted or was it just thermal flasks from a previous event?

    The thermal flasks were re-booked from the current event. The script was run and the items booked back to users around 12 CEST.
    As your Postal reindeer were successfully booked back, the thermos flasks should have been also. If you need your account checked, you will need to post in Technical Issues with your ID#.
