Power Feed Time Increased?

I have a question about this...wasn't the power feed an 8 hour time originally? Now it's 9 hours? I just noticed it.
I have the rune and I have the mill script so...9 hours or 540 minutes less 50% =270 minutes, and the rune 10%=27 minutes that adds up to 4:03 and I'm looking at a 4 and a half hour mill time for each? my math isn't wrong can someone explain the change I've checked it 5 times and it still says 4:30 for each.

 

Basic time for PF is (and was) 10 hours. What was changed is how the mill rune, the mill subscription and the cloud row bonus work together, see the FAQ.

Before:

• Rune: 10% of 10hrs is 1hr
• Mill subscription: 50% of 10hrs is 5 hrs
• Cloud row: 10% of 10hrs is 1 hr
• Time for 1 PF: 10hrs-1hr-5hrs-1hr=3hrs

Now:

• Rune: 10% of 10 hrs is 1hr: new time 9hrs
• Mill subscription: 50% of 9hrs is 4.5 hrs: new time 4.5 hrs
• Cloud row: 10% of 4.5 hours is 0.45hrs: new time 4.05hrs=4hrs 3 minutes
• Time for 1 PF: 4hrs 3 minutes

 

So I have a time of 4 and a half? I don't have the cloud row that was before my time.
