Power feed

I bought the 150 power feed last night and this morning I went to use it and I don't have them!!! Can you please fix this so I can breed my animals.

I have checked your logs and there is no record of such a purchase. Your logs show you have bought BBs this morning, at 9:58 am CET, but the power feed sale ended last night, at 22:00 CET. Yesterday you did not have enough BBs to purchase 150 power feed.
The only possible explanation is that you have been logged in since the sale was active, without refreshing at all, and you have still seen the zeppelin but the transaction didn't go through since the offers expired by then.

No Sorry I bought them late last night just before it ended.....I bought it with a Subway card. I put $10.00 on the card. The purchase was $7.49. I now have a balance of $2.51 on my card. Can you check that? I would like my money back or my power feed, thank you very much.
Time is going by and my animals are not getting fed, I'll need more time because of this mishap to finish quest....
Oh and I should mansion that it Did show up that I had 150 power feeds last night...

Do you have other accounts by any chance? Because on this account, what you describe did not happen. There was no BB purchase in the last 2 months, apart from the one made this morning, at 10 am CET. You had 60 BBs before that, and you purchased 150 - which added up to 210 - this is your current balance. So, you did purchase BBs, but at 10 am Germany time zone (it is now 11 pm CET). The BBs were never spent on power feed - and as mentioned previously, the sale ended long before that (12 hours before that actually). Since you posted after 4 pm CET, I assume 'last night' for you was this morning for us - and as explained in the above post, this could have happened only if you did not refresh your game since the sale ended. However, the event timer was gone, and upon trying to purchase a package, nothing could have happened. Your power feed amount also didn't increase - I am happy to post these logs for you as well.

Either way, I am not able to help you with anything but confirm what the logs show. I cannot help you with a refund - you will need to contact our Payment support for this matter, but the chances are really low since the transaction was successful and on time. ​

OMGOODNESS!!!!! So Sorry!!! I got your email, I did Not mean to buy BB. I meant to buy power feed to finish the quest. It was very late and I was very tired. So Sorry again, Thank you

 

Hello jazzy61 That makes sense now *whew* There's no need to be sorry, I am just happy we could clear out the situation. Yes, they were 150 BBs, not power feed. The good news is that they can bring you 150 units of power feed . Well, 140 if you purchase 7 packages of 20 units. It's a shame that you have missed the special sale though.
