Prankster Row of Clouds...opinions please

Hi everyone. I was going to ask in the strategy thread but at the risk of 'hijacking' it and upsetting the Mods further I thought I best just start a new thread.

All I'd like to know is players opinions on if they think this latest Cloud Row that's for sale is worth having. (By this I'm presuming it will mainly be players who tend to use RL ££ in the game that will comment but I welcome all advice!)

I see the EP given is less than the EP on the Cloud Row available to win in the Easter Event but it gives 10% more EP for giver items for 6 hrs. I presume this is referring to all the decorations that are active? and the Pets as well I presume? (which is where I'm guessing the real bonus is?)

Also, I personally can't see the big reward in the -5% time for giver items for 1 hour (on the Cloud Row in the Easter Event, not the one for sale). Unless this obviously reduces time even further once put together with other Cloud Rows that do the same thing perhaps?? If I'm missing the brilliance of it, I apologise and please point me in the right direction so I am more aware!

 

Pets are not usually classified as givers. I assume it's going to give more EP for anything harvested during the 6hrs.

Personally, I decided years ago not to spend my hard earned money on things like that. I've never regretted not spending the money. I occasionally regret the some of the money I've spend on the game.

 

Oh, poo! Thought the pets would be included . I didn't think it referred to harvested stuff just decorations and such but then that's why I'm on here asking for advice!

Yeah know what you mean about spending RL ££ on the game, I've ummed and arred a few times but I justify it by the fact that this is my only entertainment atm so if I was to go the cinema or bowling etc etc I'd still be paying for something to 'entertain me' but still come away empty handed as it were. I know I don't HAVE to use ££ to play the game but I like the advantages I get when I treat myself to a few BB's! Anyway, thanks Suzee.....back to the cloud row....

 

I think of the cloud row like another pet...10% (like an owl) but instead of lasting 10 min, it lasts 6 hours with a cooldown of 12 hrs.

Right now I can't think so will need some help....does the cooldown begin after the end of 6 hours making it so I can click the row again after 18 hours? If so, the row would benefit my farm only once per day.

Fifi- it will give you an extra 10% on everything you have in your park and Shipwreck bay.

Individually, the givers for the row give really good EP/BEP so if you don't want to spend money on the entire row, you may look to add one to your park/bay. Two of them give BEP.

As far as being worth it, everyone will have to apply their own decision making criteria.

While it is true the Easter event cloud row gives more EP/BEP than the Prankster row, it also has a cooldown of 24 hours vs 12 hours.

I understand the Prankster row better...10% boost of EP for 6 hours on EP givers in the park (good for that first harvest in the mornings when all buffs-- pets and EM-- are active)...not really sure about how the reduction of 5% for an hour will work because if it is like the Valentine Row that reduces the mill but at the end of the time, it goes back to full time, then this reduction only works on items with charges less than an hour. I could be mistaken but as I stated in Strategy, I dont' want to ask and risk opening up more tension.

I got the cloud row and I am happy about it, I see it useful, and I bought 1 more Coin Trick, what I need to do is check if it works on the pets or not, the huge amount of EP and BEP needed to level up for me now is despairing that I think being able to harvest my givers twice a day might make the difference since leveling up to level 92 took from me more than 3 months and for the island it is around 500k BEP and increasing.

 

@abubadi66 ..have you found out if the Prankster Cloud Row works on Pets as well? I'm still undecided if to buy it or not and there's only 13hrs left to get it!

 

Hi Fifi The best thing about the cloud row is the 25 BEP x baha level every twelve hours. The next best thing is the EP.

The 10% bonus on items is an added bonus, but not were the real value is. To answer your question about pets: It does affect pets that yield EP, for instance the hen house gives 10% more (B)EP. It does however not increase the bonus from owls and such pets, they don't give EP, but rather a bonus, so they shouldn't (and aren't) affected by this cloud row.

I think it is a very good cloud row, and if you are inclined to spend BB on a CR yielding BEP&EP I would say it is a good deal. But as pnp said, the only one who can determine if it is worth if (for you) is yourself. Good luck with the decision

 

Hi Fifi I would advise you to get this cloud row as it gives 10% More EP on All Givers in the Park and The Shipwreck which gives Bahm EP.

The More EP/BEP you gain in future events or offers Boost EP even more. Also can get Better EP Givers for Barter and Gift Event when it comes too.

If you can afford to use buffs too you can use Easter Marmalade and Spring Wreaths both gives you extra 30% More EP These Both last over 12 Hours when used to Pinkie Poe Pie so This Prankster Cloud row can be used twice using these buffs.

The Easter Cloud Row only helps Reduce EP Giver Times by 5% does bring down some EP Giver to under 12 Hours to Gain advantage of Prankster Cloud Row

Also The Easter Cloud Row helps EP Givers reduce thoses to under 10 Hours that can be used with Dragon Pet or Unicorn Pet which gives 20% More EP Every 10 Hours.

All There Givers for Prankster Cloud Row Gives Bahm EP Also it good price for 150 BB last last Row Cost 190 BB ok

 

Thank you very much everyone for your advice. I decided to go for it this time. I do get a little fuddled with it all...10% extra here, 5% off time here etc because there's so many and all doing different things at different times but I don't mind buying the odd one here and there if I think it's really worth it!
