    For some reason my paid Premium account is not active when it should be and I've already paid for the monthly billing cycle. I checked to see when my last Premium recurring payment was made and the date was on 01/29/2018.

    So why is my Premium account inactive? Please fix this issue BP and also, please credit/reimburse me for this error. If you need any documentation/proof, I can comply.

    Please communicate with me on this issue ASAP.

    I checked the recurring Premium payments credited to my account which typically fall on the 28th or 29th of each month, and since its only 02/24/2018 my premium membership should've still been active, however it wasn't at the time (2/24 1:42am) I posted my initial concern.

    I could've just paid the monthly Premium fee, but I presumed I still had 4 or 5 days left of Premium membership. Hence, my alarmed attention to the aforementioned payment details and the inactivity of my premium membership.

    I logged in today (2/24, about 12:30pm) and noticed my premium membership was active and my bank account charged for the premium membership fee.

    So my concern is this; charging my account for the premium membership fee to solve the issue of an inactive premium membership does not solve the issue, it created a potential new alarming problem. As mentioned, I could've just went ahead and self paid the premium membership fee but with time remaining from my last premium membership payment, I didn't and presumed there was BP technical issue. Reactivating my premium membership for the remaining 4 to 5 days left could have fixed the technical issue, then let the recurring premium membership payment take effect, but instead my bank account was charged earlier than the recurring payment cycle.

    I hope this gives an accurate understanding for an understood accountability.

    Your logs show that your premium subscription was purchased 25 January 2018 so it renewed 24 February 2018. The subscription is for 30 days so you did not have any remaining time, but actually had it the full 30 days.
