    Larinah says that, he (she) did know that the neighbors leave with the expiry date of the premium account.

    well, I think neighbors are not related to premium account, since I had a premium account for 2 years and it did not happen to me before, I hope I am not mistaken about this.

    Don't you get the ability to have more neighbors with a premium account? Maybe when it expired, the number of neighbor slots was reduced and that is why he (she) lost neighbors?

    You are able to have a larger neighbourhood with the Premium Account.
    You can see this by clicking on the icon below the multi tool icon, left side of your screen.

    My premium account ended and left 6 neighbors!
