    Hello! For this month don't received the "Farmer's Fortune" package. Is this something new and permanent or just an error/delay?

    If you have saved payment information, your premium bonus will automatically renew and the items will be booked to your farm. Has your premium renewed? You may need to refresh your farm.

    Was renewed, I have the payment information, date: 11.29.17, the bonus still missing. I have one more family member on premium, same situation.
