Premium pheromone not being counted...

As a premium player, I am supposed to have one free pheromone each time I use a breeding pen. It usually works fine. However, this time...ever since I began this BBD...it has not been counted in the time reduction. It does still show up in the pheromone counter, and I add three more. This should bring my time down to 10 min. (I forgot to empty my buffs and put in 50% off my time). It only reduces by three pheromones - down to 19 min.
Please, can you fix this so that my 'free' pheromone is also used??

As I mentioned, my buffs are still full - no 50% off Pink Jelly yet. My breeding pen time starts at 2hrs 30 min.....then reduces by half only three times instead of 4 times for the 4 pheromones = 19 min. instead of 10 min.

The time for only using pheromones is correct. Only using the Pink Jelly will reduce the time to 10 mins.

Yes. Please explain how you arrive at that conclusion. 2:30 divided 4 times = 10, rounded off. What am I missing?

As stated in the FAQ:

With the rune, it reduces 4 pheromones to 19 mins. Using Pink jelly reduces breeding time by 50%. so you get a total of 10 mins.

So the 2 hr 30 min. was from the free pheromone? My mistake - I thought it was from a Cloud Row!! O.K....got it!!

The free pheromone is automatically added, as you are a Premium player. The rune reduces breeding 1 hour, so therefore, the free pheromone reduces that time to 2:30. Each additional pheromone reduces the total time by half.
