premium purchased but auto tree picking feature not working

    I purchased premium membership today and as far as i can tell all features except the auto tree picking is working. Cleared as many caches as I could find and restarted computer and it still doesn't work. ID: 54098880

    Hello Farmer_Paula,

    Do you have the check mark ticked on Auto tree harvest as shown when entering the Premium Village in the City?

    Auto Harvest will only harvest the trees when you visit that playfield, they do not harvest automatically when you are offline.
