Premium renewal

    Hi team, [​IMG]

    I keep getting the information window, telling me that my premium will end in a few days, and that I should renew it...

    I want to, but the thing does NOT offer a way to actually DO that. [​IMG]

    When I go to the premium villa in the city, the "manage premium" button is also still grayed out. [​IMG]
    Is there a specific amount of days before end of premium when that button actually becomes active? or should it be active already?

    In any case, i can't add more premium.

    Hello farmingfreebird,

    Unless you used a renewable payment method (credit card, etc.) you cannot renew the Monthly premium until it runs out. If you used a one-time payment method, as soon as your current premium has ended, only then will you be able to renew it.
