    I log on earlier this afternoon and it said i had 800+ water and i started losing water as i used it and my trees didn't harvest automatically. Right now my water and manure is a max of 300? Im thinking my premium services isn't working.

    Hello bradleymcc,

    We need your ID# to check your account. You can check if you have a premium subscription running by going to the Premium Villa in the city. Trees will only automatically harvest if you have the "Auto Harvest" box ticked.

    I bought a year subscription a few months ago. I checked, it says i have no premium service. ID#26171030

    You will need to contact Support to see if they can assist you further. If you have the email verification from the Premium purchase, you should include that as well.
