    Not sure if I have the right thread but for some reason I am no longer a Premium member. I was set up for automatic renewal and have neither cancelled nor has my credit card expired. I also can't purchase another in the Premium Villa. Help please! HMP3

    Sometimes there is a small delay with the rebooking of the new Premium package. Can you try refreshing your farm to see if that helps.

    Had to reset my password with CC (new security procedures). Was able to purchase Premium Farmer again. Is there a reason why my automatic renewal cancelled? Other than that, no problems. Thank you!
