    Where I would build a building, it says I should have neighbors help prepair the ground, but there is no way given. Can I visit neighbors sites to help?

    Does having neighbors automatically solve the quest?

    As you progressively add more Neighbours, each section of the Meadow will open up. There is no quest to complete, only adding 12 players to your Neighbourhood.
