Prize pop ups empty

    I have been having an issue with most prize pop ups only having the first line of yeah you won an award but not what award. It is okay when it's in the society quests when you can go back to see the award after the pop up. I got two pop ups with gone fishing one showed the cloud row the next pop up only showed the first line. can you tell me what I got

    Hello jsab,

    Have you tried clearing your browser cache and cookies and especially clearing your Flash cache following these trouble shooting steps? also check that you have the latest version of Shockwave Movie Player installed.

    Did this help resolve the display issues?
