problem after visiting new area

I went to the new Eidelweiss area to check it out and then returned to the main game area.

After my return, the buttons on the upper right were no longer usable. I could not log in the forum, use a code, change settings or even log out of the game by using the appropriate buttons. I had to close the browser window and wait a bit to log back in the game. After returning, I was able to use all the buttons properly.

I assume their must be a slight problem with the update somewhere, but at least everything works properly if the game is closed and one logs back in.

Yes, that is also known issue. Refreshing helps there too.

 

sorry to hijack the thread but the issue is a total game-wise problem. i havent opened up the new area but since it has gone live the same problems mentioned above happen on all my farms (none of them have the new area opened) top right hand buttons do not work/freeze, lots of crashing..unity crash report keeps popping up then i have to close the game and re-log back in.

 

yes, that is all connected. Reloading the game works as first aid. We are waiting for Game Team to find a solution all those issues. Let's hope they'll find it soon.

I noticed refresh sometimes does work but other times, it doesn't. Logging always works.

As others have mentioned, the issue seems to be more often even when not visiting the new area.

Some of the slow game can be caused due to high traffic on servers which is normal during event start.
