problem getting in the game

i am having problems getting in the game and when i am lucky the game will freeze...please help...i clean everything but no help

Would you be more specific about the problems you are experiencing? Does the game not load or gets stuck at a certain percentage? The game freezes how often? Any specific field that seems to be the issue?

If you will post your user ID# we can clear your server cache. You can also try a different browser or the Standalone client to see if those work better.

the game will stop loading at 45% or 55....sometimes goes to 100 but will not open and will be a blue circle going around....i will wait and sometimes will open after a bit but will spot in every page i go on the game ....its all the fields and will freeze in all fields...i am using standalone i try others browsers and seems to be worst...id 35437427...thank you so much
