problem re 2015 Valentine event purchase

I purchased both Love in the air and Valentine for Suzy a few days ago, or so I thought - clicked on them in the cloud row and it takes me back to purchase again? having not checked my BB - so not 100% sure ....... I purchased again and realised again that I can not place them on the cloud row nor can I find them in my inventory but my BB have gone down. Is there something I am missing ? I can not even place anything on the blank cloud.
Can things please be checked I have played for a long time and this has never happened before
I would like the BB I spent purchasing the second two to be given back to me again please but I do want the other two for the cloud row I just can not find any of them ! and as I said nor can I place anything on the empty cloud -
help please. I see the cloud row is no longer there to fill ?

Now I am confused - yes I thought I had purchased them twice but after the first purchase I could not place them on the cloud row, I had not realised I had to also purchase the cloud row - obviously I missed the link/ info etc re purchasing this.
Would you kindly suggest what is the best option for me ? Simply to contact support and ask ?
Would you also please tell me what number the Ray of Sunshine cloud row is as I can not remember making that purchase and I can not see it as any of my cloud rows as presumably it would be blank ? - many thanks

I have just checked and the Ray of Sunshine cloud row was not on offer in the June offer - when I looked at my cloud rows the Valentine one was there - I clicked on it and then began by purchasing the items - sorry but really confused now

 

The Ray of Sunshine cloud row was a separate sale from the Retro cloud rows and was only buyable with real currency and included the necessary deco items. This payment would have gone through the Bank.
All the retro cloud rows had to be purchased separately along with the deco items needed to fill the row.

You are best to contact Support to see if they can arrange for you to buy the Valentine cloud row and refund the 2 extra deco items.

thank you for this info - I do not recall buying the Ray of sunshine cloud row at the same time as the Valentine items but I will contact support as you suggest, one further question - will support be able to see the conversations here I wonder ? So I can refer them here to explain the problem I have ?
