Problem Selling on the Market

    How long does it take for my offer to show up in my market stand? I placed it this am (about 2 hrs. ago) and it isn't there. It appears that the commission was taken form my CCs. I cleared my browser cache and even flash player cache and restarted my computer as requested in the FAQ. No luck. Thank you for you assistance in this matter.

    If you placed an offer up for sale and it is no longer showing in your market stand, then it has been sold :) Offers placed for sale are immediately in your market stand. Congratulations on your sale:)

    Actually I placed 5 offers (for 25 pheromones each)) and never have seen any of them in the market stand. That's why I am concerned. If it's true that they have all been sold, when will I see the CCs? Thank you for your help. I have been told I worry to much, but ...... :oops: that's me lol

    Hello SandyInJeansOR:)

    When you are under the Make Offer and you have selected the item(s) you wish to sell, have created a listing price, did you click the green Offer button at the bottom? Once you click Offer, you should get a pop up message indicating there is a 10% fee. Did you click the check mark? That will have the listing fee deducted from your CC balance and create the offer which then will appear in Your Market Stand under that same category. If you create an offer for products, you have to check Your Market Stand under products. The offer won't be visible if you are viewing under any other category.

    When offers have sold, your CC balance should update within a short period of time and typically a refresh is enough to see the CC change. However, if you also purchased items from the market at the same time as your items sold, it can look like you didn't sell if the amounts are similar.

    Does this solve the problem?

    If not, kindly please post in Technical Issues for a mod to check your account.

    My answers to all your questions are "yes" and I actually see that the pheromones have been removed from my inventory. I have sent a message to the Support Team. Thank you
