Problem with ad in UK cinema

    Year 10000BC ad for channel 5 starting in Feb plays but doesn't give any points. Another annoying glitch which I thought this had replaced was a black screen coming up and a blue swirling circling which never loaded - doubt you can solve that without a named advertiser though.

    Edit: maybe you could tell us how many credits Channel 5 have left so if you can't fix it, we can have fun calculating how many minutes we have to waste watching it until their credits run out! Better still, offer the winner of the closest guess, the number of BBs they have lost because of it!

    As it has been pointed out several times, here is the official announcement that explains that since the Cinema changes, we are no longer offering support for the missing rewards. All we can do is advise you to keep on trying, and hopefully you will get something that does offer rewards
