Problem with daily Gifts

    For the past three days I have not been able to send any gifts - or I think so. Gift message reads "that I can not send a gift till the following day" - but the gift packets on the bar are subtracted. I am also not receiving the usual amounts of gifts. Could you please be so kind and look into the matter. Thank you.

    Hi ortrud_oc

    I've checked your logs and the gifts are being sent, although you have only sent 4 today so far. You seem to be receiving gifts also, averaging 4-7 daily although more on a few days. So the issue appears to be a graphic glitch. There don't seem to be any reports of similar issues but I will pass your problem onto to the game team.

    I've cleared your cache on the server to see if this helps.

    I did not send all the gifts so that you would be able to try and see what the situation was. I always receive more that my quota of gifts and make sure I send gifts in return. Thank you for clearing the cache and server. And a big "thank you" for your help. Hope the glitch has disappeared. Wish you a lovely day.
