Problem with gifting to new farmer

Hi!

I'm trying to gift a factory upgrade to a new farmer, Dory111. But I can only see my Baha items when I click on their name on my list - I can't see my regular farm items. The really weird part is that I can see my regular items to gift to other players, just not Dory111.

I logged out and back into my farm, it didn't help. I closed my browser and ran CCleaner to get rid of all my cookies, and that didn't help. I opened a new browser and manually cleaned my cache, and I'm still having the problem. I'm stumped. Can you help?

My farm is Rivak, ID 55642180.

Gifting is available for levels that have been unlocked. You cannot gift something to a player if they have not reached that level yet.

OK, that explains why I can't gift a factory. But I can't see anything at all from my regular inventory, not even something as basic as apple trees or chicken farms. And it only seems to apply to this one player. I'm still confused.

 

Is your Buddy lower than level 3? New players must be level 3+ to participate in events/sales. As soon as the new player reaches that level, you should be able to send them items up to that level.

I still haven't been able to puzzle out how a player can be on the Baha island but too low to get anything on the main farm. I went ahead and gave a Baha item, so you can close this thread. Thanks for trying to help!

 

You are welcome.

If the player has opened Baha, there should not have been a problem with gifting Apple trees or Chicken stables. You should contact your Buddy to see that they got their Gifts as there may be a problem with their account and they may need to contact Support to have the issue resolved.
