I am still experiencing problems with my Glade. :(

Once probably every third or fourth time I go to the Glade, a part of it is just spinning daisies. It is always in the same place. I have animal pens in most of the Glade and the part concerned holds Bearded Reedlings, Dormice and Chipmonks. I have tried just leaving it but nothing changes. If I try to leave the Glade, the refresh bar comes up but never returns to the game. The only way to get things moving is to refresh. 8)

This has been going on for well over a week now and it is becoming very tiresome.
I have left it as it is if you want to take a look. It only happens on the Glade, everywhere else seems okay.

I just tried to harvest something manually and that won't work, just get the refresh bar.

    Hello illy1996.

I have cleared your server cache to see if that helps. You can also try turning of drop animations and regular animations for now to see if that helps too.

    Can I assist you further?

Thanks, Shooger. I did have my server cache cleared the last time I posted with a problem - lagging and repeated need to refresh plus this Glade thing. :p

I thought I had all animations turned off as, much as I like them, they do seem to slow the game down. I have now turned everything that I can see off bar the essentials (to me) but, after leaving and returning to the Glade, on the third return, same problem. Checked again and it seemed I hadn't saved the Additional Settings but two or three times back and forth was sufficient for it to cause the dizzy sunflowers. It makes no difference where I come from, it can be from any field or the City. :(

It does seem strange that it is just affecting one part of the Glade - or is it the particular pens I have there? When they are ready for harvesting, I will delete and move them to see if that helps. 8)
I would appreciate it if the tech team can keep looking and I will see if anything I do alters the situation. :)
Thanks for your help - is it easier to keep this post open or come back if I have further information? :music:

EDIT: I have moved things around on my Glade and it is the actual places not the pens that are the problem, doesn't matter what pens are there, the same places have the revolving flower - even the trees skirting the pens are involved. o_O

I have forwarded your issue to the Game Team. We will update you when we receive any further information. Hopefully, it is something that will be an easy fix.

    Fingers crossed Farmers.Almanac! :)
I will try things from this side and see if I can come up with any ideas. ;)

Edit: I have tried three browsers, my usual Chrome, Edge and Firefox - no difference. I even tried Standalone and the problem persists. :(

The issue has been discovered as something to do with the storage buildings, but we don't have information on how long it will take to fix. At this time, we can only advise you to refresh until a solution is found.

Not sure if it is relevant but more of the Glade is involved now, about half of it is covered in spinning daisies. :wuerg:

When I tested it yesterday, it was the bottom half of the glade which is what I shared with the Game Team who has forwarded the issue on the the Developers. We haven't received a reply yet, but we will update you when we know more.

I can't really describe it as the bottom half, it was more most of the right hand side with the bottom pens unaffected but today there are more pens affected including some bottom ones. If you want to have another look, I have left it for the moment as it is. ;)

Yes, this is how it is now. ;)

Edit: Yesterday I decided to change the animals in my three Menageries (all contained 8 Bernese Dogs) and I deleted the Menageries and replaced them in exactly the same place, filled them with other animals and the problem has been resolved. :)

I no longer have spinning flowers, I no longer have to refresh frequently and refresh doesn't get stuck. :D

I am not sure if it was the Menageries, as the techs suggested, or the animals I placed in them but I am happy to say you may now close this thread. ;)
