Problem with Harvest Helper and captcha

    Hi!

    I can't buy the Harvest Helper during the sale. I've tried two different browsers and get the same error message each time: "Dear User, an error has occurred."

    I tried to use the support link in the message, but the captcha is too low and I can't click the 'submit' button after I do what it wants. Can anyone here help?

    Hello rivak,

    Where are you clicking to buy the Harvest Helper? From News page or in Shopping basket? Have you tried both options?
    Do you get the message straight away or when going through payment?

    Have you tried zooming down to 90% to see if that allows you to see past the captcha?

    I tried from the clock (topmost left icon) and from the Supply Store. It doesn't come up on my News page, and I didn't think to try the Shopping Basket. I got the message straight away, and even zooming down to 70% didn't work to show the entire captcha.

    I tried the basket trick at work and was successful! I don't know if it's being on a desktop vs. laptop, or if a server error fixed itself, or what the reason could be. I'm just happy to get it. :)
