Problem with loading the game

    Ever since the House Cleaning event ended I expierence a bunch of trouble with loading the game. I've cleared both cache and flash on my end, reset and reboot several times but either the game doesn't load at all, not fully (55% or 97, 98 or 99%) or it loads but presents me with blacked out fields (gamebar and buttons show but do not function, except the News), Magic Stalk shows Main Field, any field accessed thru main map shows up black and loads up to 99%.. and so on. HELP!

    Wondering if something is going on at BP's end?

    Hello habalala,

    There are no reported problems with the Game. I have cleared the server cache, Can you try logging out and back in again to see if that helps.

    Can I assist you further?

    WHOA! It seems you did the magic trick. All seems to be loading properly again. Thanks so much Shooger! I'm glad it wasn't the game itself, just a cache issue at BPs end. Phew.

    EDIT I ... ARGH!! The trick you performed only worked for about 15 minutes. The struggle is back. Snif!

    Edit II .. After at least another 50 tries to log in I get all fields to work as they should, it seems I'm able to play, at least for the moment! OK. a few things still not right: can't access the Farmwheel, Farmhouse icons are blank, can't access barn and bat feeding. I'll take it. I won't log out and reload again for the next few hours (frustrated by 99% loads). Glad the fields are okay. Putting new crops on the field result in loading flowers...

    Edit III ... seems a neighbour send me a Silver Spoon. The pop up to tell me so loaded up to 98% and therefor now blocks any further action. Guess i'll have to reload sooner as expected. Result: Game does load 100%, fields okay, won't load Farmwheel, FSQ ..

    Last edit .. Add another 20 log in and I finally seem to have full access to the game. It looks as if the re-build of the cache at BP only went by very very small steps, adding one thing at a time. Dunno, just guessing. I hope to have the game restored by now and can only wish it stays that way.
    Sorry for bothering you with a lenghty report of an individual, incidentical case. Thou someone might look deeper into it.
