Problem with office billboard

Lately I've noticed the billboard has been blank. When I place my cursor over it I see,
"starter.package44." When I slick on the billboard I always get the same newby start up package. I've deleted everything in my temp directory, cleaned out my prefetch folder. Yet I still can't get anything new (not that the newby starter package isn't a great deal!)

Thank you very much for providing your user ID - this explains everything. The problem is that your account is registered through Big Fish Games, and due to some VAT problems, since the beginning of 2015, players can no longer make purchases if they registered through this third party. At the moment there is no solution for this I am afraid. You can continue playing, but you cannot buy anything. If a solution is found, we will announce it officially.

THAT REALLY SUCKS !!!!!
Because I had planned on spending $5-8 per month... I wonder what would have happened if I had ordered the bill board item ??? Talk about the Fish hitting the Fan... LOL

 

LOL KenL56 No matter what you do, stay away from the buy buttons!

You would not be able to purchase anything, the transactions should result in an error. A solution should be found (in my personal opinion) because it is the company's interest too, of course, for the players to spend money on the game. I will keep an eye on this matter, and post it as soon as there is an update. ​

I guess this makes for a harder challenge (and no ep or *** !!! That Sucks Too ...
It's a good thing I bought the extra Barnyard Bills when I did. But it's evident I didn't buy enough...
Oh well, it's life back to before I became a paying member.

 

Those stars scared me at first. We like Sheep here on Farmerama so I hope the problem will be solved before you run out of BBs.
