Problem with Premium benefits??

Hey there mods I seem to have a problem with my Premium package I have set it to automatically re-new, I'm certain that this is due anytime soon however, I have just tried to use the re-set save function and it isn't workingneither is the auto-tree harvest I have re-freshed the page, cleared the cache etc and still nothing seems to be functioningI have even tried tried to purchase the premium package again (just in case) but all I have is a pop-up window on the payment screen which says 'Your shopping cart contains a pack that you purchased some time ago. It is already set to renew automatically. This means you cannot purchase it right now.' I'm very technically limited so I do not know how to show you a screen shot
Please help reslove this issue for me, maybe I placed a bit too much faith in the re-newal process as well as taking the easy option for saving the layout of each field

EDIT:within 10 minutes of posting the problem seems to be resolved maybe because I'm normally in work when the payment is processed or maybe it's the weekend taking it's sweet time getting money but I still want to say thank you for taking the time to read my problems have a wonderful rest-of-the-weekend I'll leave the extra-special goodies in the usual place for you all
